Pressure Washing FAQs
It depends on your environment, but most soft washing results last 12–24 months, especially when combined with routine maintenance. Moss- and algae-prone areas may need more frequent cleaning.
For most exterior-only jobs, you don’t need to be home — just make sure we have access to the areas being cleaned and that pets are secured. For interior or gated areas, we'll coordinate with you.
Each project is unique, but we try to price projects by square footage whenever possible. This helps ensure consistent & transparent pricing for our customers.

I hired Mountain Creek for a deep clean of a newly purchased home prior to move in. Priscilla was great with communication before and during the cleaning.
